Potato Head is bringing a nitro carnival experience to Jakarta
to celebrate its grand opening party.
With Grant Collins as the mixologist of the evening, Potato Head introduced the brave new world of molecular mixology to the Jakarta scenes. The international star mixologist employed his art of mixology to prepare deconstructed molecular cocktails with the use of liquid nitrogen for the guests to experience. And Potato Head’s executive chef, Sandra Budiman, prepared variance of canapes to perfectly compliment the cocktails.
For the main attractions, Potato Head presented Cro-Magnon, a unique jazz-funk trio from Tokyo that showcased an exhilarating performance with their unstoppable soulful jams and danceable grooves. DJ Masaya Fantasista elevated the festivity by spinning a mix of boogie, funk, disco and nu-jazz through the night. All that and the fascinating performance of aerial dancers and marching band left a fantastic nitro carnival experience that the crowds will not soon forget.
Located at Pacific Place Mall G51A, SCBD, Jakarta Selatan, Potato Head is a sophisticated twist on the traditional bistro and bar. Set in a unique and original design complimented by a different interpretation of authentic bistro cuisines and a cocktail list that have set a new standard of Jakarta cocktail culture.
