Potato Head would like to invite you for a night of extreme & revolutionary stimulation- PH Nitro Wednesday!
We would like to open your mind and step into the future with a radical array of frozen Liquid Nitrogen inspired creations. We cryogenically freeze such classics as the Martini, the Mojito and even a create a sumptuous twist on the Pina Colada and then “Deconstruct” the flavour profiles and spike with LN2. As alcohol freezes at –40c and with this volatile liquid being –197c this not only freezes the alcohol but also intensifies and accentuates the flavours.
We cryogenically freeze these cocktails into a solid substance that is then served in a mini bite size nitrogen cubes. The preparation is both spellbinding and fascinating on the eye. Potato Head will be offering two brand new cryogenically frozen creations each month. we are proud to introduce this futuristic way of creating edible cocktails to Jakarta, that have been exclusively created by our International Sydney based renowned mixologist, Grant Collins.
